How do I place an order?
- On the product page from the drop-down menu select your item size and/or colour if listed.
- Check the appropriate radio button with your selection of product add-ons.
- Add your engraving/printing details.
- Upload artwork/logo images.
- Enter your required quantity and you will see an updated unit price.
- Click ‘add to cart’ and you can continue to add more items to your shopping cart or go to the ‘cart’ page to check-out.
- If you have an account with our store please choose this option on the payment screen. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by direct debit, VISA/Mastercard, or from your PayPal Account.
Will I see an Artwork Proof for my awards?
- We will email you an artwork proof for approval to make sure there are no errors or changes that need to be made prior to engraving.
How do I pay for my order?
- Your online payment is made via your PayPal account or PayPal’s credit card facility. PayPal is a secure portal that provides buyer protection.
Are my details confidential?
- We hold the utmost respect for your privacy and your information will never be shared with third parties.
- The details of your order will only be discussed with contacts you nominate and consent to.
- We will not use your information for any other purpose than for marketing our own products or contacting you with regards to your order.
What courier do you use for delivery?
- Star Track is our preferred courier for all deliveries. Delivery amounts are calculated and displayed on the check out page for your selection.
When will my order be ready?
- Completion time depends on the content of your order. You will be advised of a completion date once you approve your artwork proof. Please advise of any deadline you have when placing your order.
The following is to used as a gauge only:
- Standard trophies & medallions, 5-7 working days + delivery*
- Corporate awards, 5-7 working days + delivery from artwork sign off.
- Giftware unbranded, 3 days + delivery; with branding 5-7 days + delivery from artwork sign off.
During peak season (August/September, March) additional production days may be required. Please ensure you allow for this and place your order early.
I need a repeat of my previous order, do you keep that information?
- Absolutely, everything we do is saved on file. This ensures duplicating and re-ordering is just as easy for you as it is for us.
- By creating an account at the check-out you are able to login at anytime to review previous orders.
Can you engrave in a foreign language?
- If you can provide us with a file with the wording you are wanting then yes, we can engrave in a foreign language. We are able to use PDF and word documents.
What happens if my order is incorrect when it arrives?
- We are all humans so mistakes can happen. However, we do have a checking process that we follow systematically to ensure errors are fixed prior to delivery.
- When you sign the artwork proof provided by us to you then you have committed to making sure that all errors have been picked up before engraving commences.
- A replacement cost will be incurred by you if it is deemed your error and we will do all that we can to provide you with a like for like replacement withing a time frame you require.
- Where we are deemed to be in error we will cover all replacement costs.
